SWZC has ten charming, Spanish-style, 2 bedroom cottages that house full-time residents. These residents are active members of the community, balancing light practice requirements with their occupational, social and familial responsibilities. Current monthly cottage fees are $1500/mo for one person, $1550/mo for two people. Please contact the Community Gateway Circle Steward with any further questions about long-term residency at SWZC.

Short-term guest residency is available for practitioners who would like to stay at SWZC for up to three months in one our guest room spaces. For short-term resident rates and application please contact the SWZC Guest master.
