The practice of Ango goes back to the time of the Buddha. During the monsoon seasons in India, Buddha and his Sangha would take shelter and dedicate themselves to their practice. This month-long practice period carries that spirit of deepening our practice together. Even in sunny Southern California, your choosing to plunge into the Buddha Way ripples out to benefit all beings. We encourage you to make a plan for how to incorporate this schedule into your life, whether that looks like practicing with us full or part-time.
