Governance of Sweetwater Zen Center is the shared responsibility of the SWZC Voting Membership, the SWZC Leadership Circle, and the Board of Directors. Together they work to promote a culture of shared stewardship, as we evolve to break traditional patriarchal power structures and foster the cultivation of collective wisdom. Sangha Sutra
This document, modeled after the Zen Center of Los Angeles Sangha Sutra, presents a thorough investigation of how SWZC aims to create a culture of inclusion, accountability, awakening, and integrity.
